First of all I am going to tell you how to create a account on upwork.

Steps:-

Step-1:  Open your browser and type https://www.upwork.com/ and click on signup link. 

Steps-2: When you will click on signup page you will be redirect on a page where you got 2 option-

1. Want to hire a freelancer

1. I am looking for online work

Click on 2nd link to complete the registration.

Steps-3: After clicking on work button you will be redirect on page where you got two options-

1. Signup with linkedin

1. Signup with email

you can choose any option as per your choice.

Steps-4: If you will choose signup with email you will get this page, fill your details here and proceed for next. 

Steps-5: If you will choose signup with email you will get this page, fill your details here and proceed for next. 

Steps-6: After signup you will got a confirmation mail, click on that to activate your account.

Now your account has been create on upwork. Next you have to complete your profile in order to apply for jobs.
